1. What do I do if the item I want is not in your online catalog?

No Problem, just contact our customer service department and we will be more than happy to assist you with acquiring the item(s) not listed in our catalog.

2. When will my item be shipped?

As soon as your payment & shipping information is verified, all orders placed before 4:00 pm CST will be shipped the same day if the item is in stock. However, if the item is not in stock it will be shipped the following business day.

3. How will I know my item has been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email which will include ship date, expected date of delivery & tracking number.

4. What do I do if I never received my order?
